I thought Dr. Dulaney comments were very accurate and heartfelt. I have seen the movie myself and I understood the reasons that Dr. Dulaney was overwhelmed with emotions. The reasons that tears ran down his face because of the treatment, humiliation, the disbelief and disrespect for another human being. I was really impressed with Will Smith because he gave an excellent performance as always .
